SNATCH Technique

Hold the kettlebell in your hand between your legs, swing it back, then straighten your legs and back whilst pulling the kettlebell to an overhead position. Dip your knee to finish the movement if necessary. Wait a second and lower the kettlebell, rotating your arm saves your grip.

Do the same number of reps for each arm

This exercise involves the back, legs, arms, forearms and other muscles.

Breathing
a) 1st option: snatching the kettlebell - exhale, lowering the kettlebell - inhale
b) 2nd option: first phase of snatch - inhale, end of the movement - exhale, moving kettlebell overhead - inhale, lowering kettlebell - exhale.
