| SNATCH Technique
Hold the kettlebell in your hand between your legs, swing it back, then straighten your legs and back whilst pulling the kettlebell to an overhead position. Dip your knee to finish the movement if necessary. Wait a second and lower the kettlebell, rotating your arm saves your grip.
